The entity in question, described as a significant player within the country, is said to be involved in the “organizations and foundations” sector, with affiliations spanning 10 Israeli ministries, including key agencies such as the Ministry of Intelligence, Ministry of Defence, and Ministry of Interior. Additionally, the organization oversees 20 subsidiary entities.

The threat actor claims to provide comprehensive access, including administrator shell and command-and-control (C2) capabilities. The access reportedly includes control over more than 1,500 devices, as well as full administrator privileges to the organization’s cloud infrastructure.

The message indicates that the deal is being conducted through a trusted middleman. However, the price for this access has not been disclosed. The threat actor also included a TOX ID.
